Limitless Strength & Conditioning provides top-notch training led by a strength coach with 20 years of experience. Specializing in athletic performance and rehabilitation, we guide athletes from youth sports to Olympic levels in overcoming challenges. 

 

Our focus extends to post-rehabilitation techniques, especially for knee and ACL injuries, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness and strength. Collaboration with medical professionals enables us to deliver safe, effective training.

Blake is a dedicated coach that cares about you more than being an athlete. I began training with Blake near the end of physical therapy after tearing my ACL. I was able to return in 7 months. I continued to train with him and was able to compete at a high level for the rest of my sports career.  â€‹

Blake is the best!​ Even after my playing career, he gave me the program and tools to keep transforming my body and achieve my dream physique. People are always asking me how I did it, and for advice.

The whole time, Blake has been a mentor on and off the court. Supporting me as I advanced as head team manager for two Division 1 programs, and as I transition into a career in professional sports.

Favorite part of training:

Blake is always doing his best to find the right solution for each client. On many occasions, if I had an issue or didn't feel like doing an exercise, he wouldn't allow that to stop me. Adapting and adjusting to make sure I reached my goals.

As a mentor, he always is there to help me and my family. We nicknamed him Blake GPT.

Recovery from surgery was something that developed me as a person and I owe so much credit to Blake or my personal growth. Not only did Blake push me to work harder and achieve more everyday but he was someone I could always talk to about anything. He made recovery fun and exciting while challenging me more than I've ever been. Working with Blake I was able to recover from an ACL surgery and return to soccer in 5 months and 30 days. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. Blake also prepared me and got me ready to play Division 1 soccer at Rutgers University and I felt so prepared because of his workouts.

I would encourage everyone to work with Blake; he doesn't only push you to workout and get you in shape but is an amazing person to get to know.

Favorite part of training:

Trying to eat the times in the ladder workouts! It made me mentally stronger and brought a competitive edge.

Blake is hardworking, determined, and loving. I met Blake in 2014 and I had a horrible hamstring injury due to football. My high-school football coaches gave up on me. At that point in my life I gave upon myself because I tried phsyical therapy and nothing was working. I was referred to Blake by a prestigious doctor and chose to give it a chance. The day we me and Blake met we clicked, and he created hard workouts and hamstring recovery exercises that finally fixed my hamstring.

 

If you want an excellent trainer, a friend and someone who is going to make you go past your limit, Blake is the right trainer for you.​

Favorite part of training:

Blake taught me life is bigger than football and he kept his relationship with me over all those years. What makes Blake different from any other trainer I had in my career is he cares and goes above and beyond for his clients.

Working with Blake is a phenomenal experience. He totally transformed by broken/injured self and help me work with my limitations due to my injuries. He built my whole body back up to what it once was. If not even better than before. He's such a caring and personable individual who really relates to me and all of my injuries. The amount of time that he puts into working with me and the rest of his clients is incredible. He builds such a great relationship with all of his clients. I check in almost daily with questions or concerns about working out or the program he gave me and he's always there to listen or explain.

Favorite part of training:

In person, he gave me workouts that would kick my butt. When I couldn't make it in person, he would create a program to continue training.
